The Economic Affairs Commission under the CIS Economic Council held a meeting in the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Moscow.

Mr. K.E. Laykam, Chairman of the CIS Statistical Committee, participated in the meeting, presenting a report entitled "On the Main Target Macroeconomic Indicators for the Economic Development of the CIS Member States in 2025". The corresponding document is planned for submission to the CIS Economic Council for consideration.

The Chairman of the CIS Statistical Committee also presented a report "On the 2020 Population Census and Preparations for the 2030 Round in the CIS Member States"; the issue is expected to be submitted for consideration to the Economic Council and the Council of CIS Heads of States.
