These events will discuss methods and criteria for measuring poverty, issues of international comparability, and the availability of poverty statistics and related metadata.

Participation in these events will contribute to improving the system of indicators used by the CIS Statistical Committee for poverty assessment, expanding information exchange between CIS countries on this topic, and enabling comparisons of CIS countries with other countries.
